The Complete Guide to Ordering Name Badges Online in Australia

Ordering custom name badges online is straightforward when you know what to prepare. Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting it right the first time.

Step 1: Choose Your Badge Style

We offer two badge types — both include full-colour printing and a magnetic clip:

Both are 75 × 24 mm with a magnetic clip fitting. No minimum order — you can order one badge or hundreds. Volume discounts apply automatically.

Step 2: Prepare Your Logo

Have your company logo ready to upload. We accept: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, svg, eps, ai, pdf (max 20 MB).

For the sharpest results, vector formats (.eps, .ai, .pdf, .cdr) are preferred. But if you only have a JPG or PNG, send us what you’ve got — we’ll let you know if we need anything else.

Step 3: Prepare Your Staff Names

Create a spreadsheet with your staff details and upload it with your order, or email it to us:

We accept .xlsx and .csv files. One staff member per row. Double-check spellings with your team before submitting — once badges are printed, reprints for spelling errors are at your cost.

Step 4: Place Your Order

You can order directly through our website:

  1. Choose flat or domed badges
  2. Upload your logo and staff name list
  3. Add any design instructions (colours, layout preferences)
  4. Complete checkout

If you’d prefer to do it over email, just send your logo, name list, and badge style preference to uryyb@zntargvpanzronqtrf.pbz.nh and we’ll take it from there.

Step 5: Approve Your Proof

We’ll design your badges and email you a proof to review before we print anything. Check carefully:

  • Spelling of every name
  • Correct job titles
  • Logo placement and colours
  • Overall layout and readability

We’ll go back and forth over email until you’re completely happy. We won’t print until you give the go-ahead.

Step 6: Receive Your Badges

Once you approve the proof, your badges will be manufactured and shipped within 7–14 working days.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Post: $11 (1–4 badges)
  • Express Post: $18 (any quantity)

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.

Tips for a Smooth Order

  • Have your logo file ready before you start
  • Keep a master staff spreadsheet you can update for reorders
  • Reply to the proof email promptly to keep things moving
  • If you need Pantone colour matching, let us know when you place your order
