Welcome to Magnetic Name Badges, a division of Signs Plus (ABN 19 666 298 237). These terms explain how you may use our website and place orders for custom name badges. By browsing or purchasing from us you agree to follow these terms. They are designed to be clear and fair so everyone knows what to expect.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
1 Using our website
This website and its content (including words, images, graphics and logos) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are welcome to browse, print and share pages for personal or business use, but you must not reproduce, modify or distribute our designs or content without written permission.
You agree not to misuse this website, including introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data, or using the site to send spam or harmful material. We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are breached.
2 Right to decline work
Magnetic Name Badges (Signs Plus) operates on Christian principles and reserves the right to decline certain work, including work related to the sex industry, gambling promotion, or anti-Christian messaging.
We may also decline work or customers where conduct is abusive, unreasonable, or creates an unsafe or hostile work environment for staff. Our goal is to maintain a respectful and sustainable workplace.
3 Orders, proofs and approvals
Our products are custom made to order. When you place an order you will provide badge details, names and any artwork required for production.
We will normally send a digital proof for approval before printing. Please check spelling, layout and colours carefully. Once a proof is approved production will begin and changes may not be possible.
If additional badges are required later they must be submitted as a new order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or where production is not feasible.
4 Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time, however the price displayed at checkout is the price charged for your order.
Payment is required at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the checkout page.
If a pricing or listing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5 Shipping and delivery
We manufacture badges in Australia and ship nationwide.
Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods or factors outside our control.
Tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries affected by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
6 Custom product tolerances
Because our products are custom manufactured, minor variations in colour, alignment, finish or size may occur. These variations are normal in the production process and do not constitute defects.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of names, spelling, titles and other information submitted with an order.
7 Returns and refunds
We take pride in producing quality badges. If there is a problem with your order please contact us promptly.
Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem with a product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
If an error occurs due to information provided by the customer (such as spelling errors or incorrect artwork files) the cost of reprinting will normally be the responsibility of the customer.

8 Artwork and intellectual property
You retain ownership of any logos, artwork or designs you submit to us.
By submitting artwork you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to reproduce and use the material.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied artwork solely for the purpose of producing your order.
We are not responsible for verifying trademark or copyright ownership of artwork supplied by customers.
9 Privacy and cookies
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used to operate and improve the website.
10 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, re-supplying the goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the purchase price.
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website if these terms are breached or where behaviour is abusive, fraudulent or harmful to our staff or business.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
