How to Upload Your Logo
Getting your logo and staff names to us is simple. Here’s how to set yourself up for fast, accurate badge printing.
Uploading Your Logo
You can upload your logo directly when placing your order. We accept the following file types:
- jpg, jpeg, png, gif, svg, eps, ai, pdf
- Maximum file size: 20 MB
For the sharpest results, vector formats (.eps, .ai, .pdf, .cdr) are preferred — they scale without losing quality. But don’t worry if you only have a JPG or PNG. Send us what you’ve got and we’ll let you know if we need anything else.
You can also email your logo to us at uryyb@zntargvpanzronqtrf.pbz.nh if that’s easier.
Providing Your Staff Names
Upload your name list when placing your order, or email it to us. We accept:
- Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files
Set up your spreadsheet with:
- Required: First name, last name
- Optional: Job title, department
- One row per staff member
Name List Tips
- Double-check spellings with your staff before submitting
- Keep name formatting consistent (e.g. always “Dr.” or never)
- Include accent marks for non-English names
- Include your company name in the filename
- Make sure the list is up to date — remove anyone who’s left
What Happens Next
Once we receive your logo and name list, we’ll design your badges and email you a proof to review. Check the spelling of every name, the logo placement, and the colours. We’ll go back and forth over email until you’re completely happy — we won’t print until you approve.
